Is 1 or 10 harder on the rowing machine?
On a Concept2 RowErg level 10 is harder than 1. This is the resistance number of the machine. 1 is the lowest resistance. 10 is the highest resistance.
- 1 = Lowest Resistance
- 4 – 6 = Similar resistance to rowing on water
- 10 = Highest Resistance
